Salamander Sluice
If you’re camping with the whole family, no stay is complete without a visit to the Salamander Sluice, a unique way to create treasured memories while staying with us. Mining at Salamander Sluice lets kids “pan” for gems and fossils that they get to keep. Purchase a supply of “mining rough”, then run it through a rustic mining sluice where flowing water washes away the sand and grit to reveal their treasures. If you’re mining for a truly memorable vacation experience, you’ve just struck gold.

Point Bait Shop
This is a live bait and tackle vending machine. It is located in front of our office building and open 24/7. Yes, it does have live minnows in it! We restock the machine every morning and evening.
We are at the perfect location to stop and grab your fresh live bait before making your way to Arbuckle Lake or trying your luck in one of our fully stocked private fishing ponds (catch & release only).
